Ladies and Gents! NEXT DOOR BAR AND GRILL, Wegmans newest restaurant, opens its doors to the public TODAY!!! BELLA RUSSA has been all over this one and let us assure you, it is maaad SEXY and is definitely going to become the hottest place in Rochester! The cocktails are delicious, food is exquisite, atmosphere is spicy, and did we mention they are going to play TECHNO at the bar after 10? Ohhhh yes, this is where its at!

OK, I have to be critical... The one LAME thing about tastings was that it only served food till 10, I'm really surprised that they would do the same thing at NEXT DOOR, especially if they want a late night crowd. Secondly no one knows what a Robata Grill is, so saying it's the only one in Rochester is kinda weird to me. If it grills food then it's a grill. Unless it's a robot... which would be super cool!
ReplyDeleteWell, there is a limited bar menu that is available until midnight. So technically there are some options. Also, this post is supposed to spark interest and not lay out all the bells and whistles. This is a glimpse not a full out info sheet and whoever wants more then just a taste should go in for a whole experience! Oh, and the menu will explain what Robata Grill is all about. :)

ReplyDelete~~I think the music should be more like Buddha Bar or Barrio Latino, no one is dancing to Techno and it's difficult to talk over.
~~ The lighting at the entrance needs to be less like a Hotel Lobby(too bright) and more like that of a restaurant/bar (darker and sexier), in fact the Security looking guys wearing the suits adds to the hotel lobby vibe
~~ they should have asked me because I am very opinionated and always right...oh yeah did I say quite stylish as well??!?!?
